With our Trumpf TC200 CNC Punching Machine we are able to work with material from 0.9mm to 6mm.

Sheet Sizes range from as small as 100 x100mm up to 3000mm x 1500mm deep.

Materials used are: CR4 (Mild steel), Zintec, Galvanised steel,
Aluminium, Stainless steel, Copper, Brass, Pre-coated steel (Plastisol)
and more.

With our off line programming system Jetcam we are able to optimise the use of material.

Operating a Trumpf tc200 punching machine we are able to punch shapes and perforations in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. We can punch to materials up to 4mm mild steel, 5mm aluminium and 3mm stainless steel.  We are able to punch louvers to a size of 60mm x 12mm.
